Information collected

The contact form collects your name, business email address, company name when provided, the contents of your inquiry, and your consent record. Hosting and analytics services may also process basic device, browser, IP-address, usage, and performance information.

Purpose of use

QURAI uses this information to review and respond to inquiries, communicate about requested services, maintain service security, diagnose performance, and keep necessary business and dispute-resolution records.

Service providers and international processing

QURAI uses Vercel Inc. for website hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring, and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) for contact-form email delivery. Information may be transmitted to and processed in the United States when you submit the form or use the website. These providers process information only to deliver their contracted services and under their applicable security and privacy terms.

Retention

Contact-form information is retained for up to three years after the inquiry is resolved for follow-up, business-record, and dispute-resolution purposes, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.

Your choices and rights

You may decline to submit the form. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Security and updates

QURAI applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. This notice may be updated when practices or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
